George Rotter

George A. Rotter, age 99, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2021. Beloved husband of Hedwig "Hattie", who preceded him in death October 2009. Dear father of Annette (Robert) Turner, Barbara (the late Bernie) Boyle and Cindy Berry. Proud grandfather of Graeme (Noelle) Turner, Kirsten Turner, Terry (Kurt) Gottschall, Michael Boyle, Colleen (Craig) Broderick, Brandon (Ashley) Berry and Kendall Berry; grandpa papa of Lilian and Cooper; great grandfather of Keenan, Cameron, Kelly, Ashley, Sarah, Kendra and Abbey; great-great grandfather of Liza and Hugo. George was preceded in death by his son Eugene (Darlene) Arcy and great granddaughter Bailey Broderick. George Rotter was the founder of Gar Manufacturing in Taylor, along with his brothers. In lieu of flowers donation in memory of his great granddaughter Bailey Broderick to St. Catherine's of Sienna, Wixom, MI or a charity of your choosing. A visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd, Livonia on Monday, November 22, 2021 from 3:00 Pm - 8:00 PM. Funeral Service Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Please share a memory of George on his tribute wall.
