William "Bill" Lendrum

William “Bill” Lendrum, age 67, passed away July 5, 2019. He was born on July 15, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan to James and Norma (Lindsay) Lendrum. Bill was raised in Detroit and spent all his life in the Metro Detroit area. He graduated from Redford High School. Bill spent his working life at Stroh’s Brewery, and both Northwest and Delta Airlines. He chose to retire, in 2013, at the age of 62. Beloved husband of Lisa. Loving father of James and John. Dearest brother of Stella and step-son of Anna Lendrum. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, James and Norma, and a brother James. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at 11am (gathering starting at 10am) at Merriman Road Baptist Church, 2055 Merriman Rd., Garden City.
