Toni Buursma

Toni R. Buursma passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, June 27, 2022. She was 5 months from turning 100 years old. She is survived by her son Jim (Margo) Michaels, Grandson Jason (Helen), Granddaughter Rena (Alex) and Great Grandchildren Richard, Lincoln and Cooper. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim in 1989 and 7 of her 8 siblings throughout the years. She had many friends at her apartment in the Garden City Towers and close family, friends MaryAnn Hoover and JoAnn Holbrook that were a part of her life. There will be a viewing at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, Wednesday, July 6th from 11 AM -1 PM with service at 12:30 PM. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Detroit. In lieu of flowers or gifts please send prayers.
