Thomas Edward Ward

Thomas Ward (89) passed away peacefully on June 4, 2024. Thomas was born on December 14, 1934, to Judd and Eleanor Ward in Detroit, Michigan. Thomas worked for many years as a forklift driver. When not working Thomas loved to go fishing. The one thing Thomas loved to do the most was golfing. Thomas will be remembered for being a loving Father, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, Son and Friend. Thomas is the loving father of Anthony Ward. Beloved Grandfather of Benjamin Ward. Thomas was preceded in death by parents Judd and Eleanor Ward, Sisters Virginia, Patricia, and Eleanor (Snooks), and life partner Dorothy Alexander. Visitation will be held on June 15, 2024, at GR & GR Harris Funeral Home 31551 Ford Road, Garden City, Michigan 48154 from 10:30am- 1:15pm. A burial will take place following the visitation at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West 34224 Ford Road, Westland, Michigan 48185.
