Shirley Hazel Hubbs

Shirley Hazel Hubbs of Orlando, Florida, passed from this life on March 21, 2008 after an extended illness. She was the daughter of Rev. Hobart T. and Vincie V. Starkey of Harrisburg, Illinois. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Fred D. Hubbs. Loving mother of Sharon Kay (Jerry) Smith, Carol Ann (Darrell) Hopson, Deborah Rae (David) Hart and Frederick David Jr. (Charlotte) Hubbs, 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; one brother Bobby H. Starkey and a host of friends. Preceded in death by brothers Chester and Gayle Starkey. Visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Tuesday from 3 PM until Funeral Service at 7 PM.
