Ronald C. Winberg, age 78, September 3, 2022, of Westland. Beloved husband of the late Beverly. Loving father of the late Kimberly Chapman. Dear grandfather of Madisyn Gehr (Jerome Burns) and Brendan Gehr. Great grandfather of Benjamin. Dear brother-in-law of Annette Winberg. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends. Ron is an Air Force Veteran and a retiree from Ford Motor Company. He was an avid sportsman and sports fan, following the Redwings, Tigers and U of M sports. Ron was a deacon at his church. He loved his family very much. Visitation Thursday from 5-8pm at the RG & GR Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City. Funeral services Friday at 11am (instate at 10am) at United Baptist Church , 236 Middlebelt Rd., Garden City, MI.
