Robert R. Thompson, of Livonia, born Aug. 29, 1930 in Toledo, Ohio; died June 12, 2011 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Preceded in death by his parents, Burdette C. & Edna L. Thompson; Beloved Husband of Patricia Anne (nee: Baur), married on Aug. 12, 1950; Dear Father of Jerry (Pat) Thompson and Debra (Todd) Stone. Loving Grandfather of: Josh Thompson, Bill Stone, Brett Thompson, Danny Stone, and Lauren Thompson. Robert received his BS in Mathematics, Univ. of Toledo; postgrad. in physics, Univ. of Detroit; JD, Detroit College of Law. Robert was a member of the Mich. Bar, admitted to U.S. Supreme Ct., U.S. Tax Ct.; Group head at Bendix Corp.; Chief Physicist Rockwell Standard Corp.; Sr. Partner. Krandle, Thompson & Mier, P.C.; Sr. Partner.
