Loving father of Michelle Heegaard, Robert (Karen) Brown, Rebecca (Roger Jr.) Deary, Victoria (Matthew) Durack, Cynthia (Richard) Pinkowski and the late Bradley Brown. Dear grandfather of Rick, Ryan, Richard (Jonnie), David, Leah (Mike), Amy (Bryan), Eric (Tatum), Robert (Krystal), Sara (Miguel), Melissa (Ryan), Michael (Amanda), Rachel, Timothy, and Elizabeth. Robert was a teacher in the Detroit Public Schools for 39 Years. Visitation at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. with a Scripture Service at 7 p.m. Funeral Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until his Service at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to Michigan Humane Society.
