Age 87. Loving husband of Sandra. Dear father of Rick (Cheryl), Randy (Roxy), Ron (Delora), Ken (Jean) Perkins and Rhonda Reuter. Beloved grandfather of Nick, Katie, Aaron, Addison, Joshua, Melissa, Jake, Andrew, Jessica and Michael. Great grandfather of Alex, Iele, Kali, Harper, Holland and Mason. Brother of John (Linda) and the late Robert. Richard was an active member of American Legion Post 55 and a member of the Masons. Memorial visitation will be held Friday 7/14/2023 from 10-12 with a service at 12 PM at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City, MI Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Judes Childrens Hospital
