Patricia M. Bond

PATRICIA M. BOND died peacefully on July 26, 2017. She was born in 1929 in Detroit, MI, and is survived by her husband of 63 years, Frederick Bond. Patricia is reunited in death with her son Michael, and was loving mother to Vicki (Bruce) Simpkins, Jeff (Kathy), Sue (the late John) Violante, Tom (Laurie), Becky (Jude) Mansilla and grandmother to many loving grandchildren. She was the Religious Education Coordinator at St Aidan Catholic Church for many years. After raising her family, she returned to college and graduated from U of M in 1982 with a double major in accounting and information systems. She worked in a variety of industries until her retirement. She raised six children but never raised her voice. She opened her heart and home to many. She never uttered an unkind word. There will be a memorial mass at St Aidan Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Rd, Livonia, on Friday, August 18th at 9:30 am to celebrate her life.
