Nancy Lee Lewis

Nancy Flesher Lewis, beloved wife, sister and friend.  Age 73, grew up in St. Clair Shores, Michigan and resided in Livonia, Michigan, passed away on July 9, 2024.  She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Steve, her sister and many beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She is pre-deceased by her parents, Bruce and Evangeline Flesher, and her brother Donald Flesher.

Nancy graduated form Lakeview High School in St. Clair Shores, had post-secondary and business education and was a dedicated State of Michigan employee.  She was known by her coworkers and lunch buddies as "Fancy Nancy" for her stylish dress and hair.  Nancy was an adventurous, accomplished and creative cook and also enjoyed gardening and crocheting.  She loved her many cats throughout her life, especially Spunky who lived to the ripe old age of 18 1/2.  Steve  and Nancy enjoyed traveling, especially their Hawaii honeymoon.  Nancy courageously faced a lot of medical challenges late in life but never lost her unique sense of humor.

A visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 3:00 PM until her Funeral Service at 7:00 PM.

Nancy will be interred at Banker Cemetery in Cadillac, MI.
