Mortimer Lee Smith, age 81, November 2, 2017, of Dearborn Heights. Beloved husband of the late Georgia. Loving father of Rob (Tina) Smith, Wade (the late Pam) Smith, Dennis (Heather) Smith, Yvette (Joe) Vella, Jeannine (Dave) Roughley, Rene (Victor) Vella, the late Lou and the late Ginger. Dear brother of Tom (Genelle) Smith, Phil (Kay) Smith and Joe (Wilma) Smith. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday from 2pm until 9pm at the RG & GR Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City. Funeral Service Wednesday 11am at the funeral home.
