Mary Elizabeth Reeber

Mary Elizabeth Reeber age 79, July 25, 2009. Wife of Charles for 59 years. Sister of the late Patricia (Arthur) Russell. Mary will be missed by her children Sandra, Suzanne (Robert) St. Charles, Michael (Melinda), John (Gina) and nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also survived by her sister-in-law Jean Greeley. Mary graduated from Birmingham High School in 1947, then attended Alma and Madonna Colleges, and earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Her social work career included Focus Hope, Habitat for Humanity, Livonia's Youth Assistance Program, and social services at St. Linus Catholic Church. Visitation at the R.G & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, on Thursday, July 30 from 5 pm to 7 pm, followed by a brief memorial service at 7 pm.
