Marshall Alexander Green

Marshall Alexander Green Age 81, of Southfield, MI transitioned into eternal life on May 21, 2017 at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI. He was born in Harrisburg, PA, son of the late Marshall Andrew Green and Ruth (Moss) Green. He served 3 years in the U.S. Army and retired from the IRS Detroit Computing Center in January 2007 after 41 years of service. Marshall leaves to celebrate his life his wife Blanche (nee Johnson), his sons Marshall Jr. and Brent, daughter Susan Jones; four grandchildren Kamel and Lynnette Green, Jovan Moore, and Janyle Davis; his siblings Virginia Bates, Sheila (Donald) Stevenson, Terrance Green, Lynn (Lois) Green, Lynette Johnson, and Stephanie (Charles) Morrison, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters Carol Jones and Marsha Anderson. His life will be celebrated on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 12 noon at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, MI. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation Society of Michigan. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
