Marlowe "Joe" Wanks, age 71, January 27, 2023, of Redford. Beloved husband of the late Barbara. Loving father of Scott (Julie) Wanks and Kim (Lary) Goldman. Dear grandfather of Alexis, Alyssa, Ryan and Easton. Brother of Mary Jo (Tim) Burcham, Randy (Bev) Wanks, Kenny (Alice) Wanks, Larry (Judy) Wanks, Terry (Diane) Wanks, Pat Wanks, Donna and Carl (Hannah) Wanks. Joe was preceded in death by his brother Jeff Wanks and parents, Jake and Betty Wanks. He enjoyed spending time with his family, as well as, bowling, playing golf and bird watching. Visitation Tuesday from 2-6pm at the RG & GR Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia. Funeral service will take place at 6pm. The family suggests donations to the Autism Alliance of Michigan of the American Lung Association.
