Mark Edward Koslow of Livonia, Michigan passed away peacefully on May 22, 2022 at the age of 61. Mark was a person who always knew who he was. He was a truly kind soul that gave the most meaningful things one can give, his time and his heart. Mark was born to Marion and Francis Koslow in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He was a beloved brother to Vicki (Ken) Oliver, Sharon (Greg) Urbanski and Scott (Trisha) Koslow. He was also a wonderful uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews. He worked at U of M HomeMed as a Project Coordinator Administrator for 34 years in April. Here, he made many lifelong friends and dedicated his time to helping people. Through his work he was introduced to Trail’s Edge Camp, a week-long summer camp for children who are ventilator-dependent. The camp is run completely by volunteers. Mark was incredibly passionate about the time he gave to Trail’s Edge Camp volunteering every year for 30 years. To quote It’s A Wonderful Life, “Strange, isn’t it? Each man’s life touches so many other lives. And when he isn’t around he leaves an awful hole, doesn’t he?” Mark will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held at R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia on Friday, May 27 2022 from 2 PM until 9 PM and Saturday, May 28, 2022. from 10 AM until his Funeral Service at 11 AM.
