Luzia Buckner

Luzia Buckner, of Farmington Hills, Michigan passed away December 30th at the age of 66. She was born, met and married her beloved husband in Germany. They were together for 48 years. Luzia was an outstanding Mother to eight children, grandmother of 15, and great-grandmother of one. She is also survived by one brother, one sister and countless cousins. Luzia was an avid investor, voracious reader, dedicated tax preparer, devoted mentor and led an insatiable life of learning. Visitation at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Road, Livonia, Monday 6-9 pm, Tuesday 12-9 pm and at St. Fabian Catholic Church, 32200 West Twelve Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Wednesday from 10:30 until of Funeral Mass at 11 am. A Rosary Service will be held Tuesday at 7 pm. Memorial contributions will be directed to the Capuchin Kitchen, 1780 Mt.Elliot, Detroit, Michigan 48207.
