Lowell C. Stellberger

Lowell Charles Stellberger, age 97, went to be with the Lord on May 13, 2007. Lowell was born in Detroit on October 16, 1909 and lived in the Detroit area most of his life. He married Helen Soult in 1935, who preceeded him in death on March 30, 2007. He is survived by his children, Charles (Lynne) and Mary (James) Thelen and grandsons, Wells and Dawson Stellberger and Austen and Bryce Thelen. Mr. Stellberger graduated from Detroit College of Law in 1932 and practiced as a trial Lawyer into the 80's. He was employed by Reliance Insurance Co. as well as practicing privately. Lowell was a member of Ward Church where he served as an elder, Sunday School teacher and Usher. Lowell's family extends special thanks to the employees of Arbor Woods and Foote Personal Care.
