LaVonne I. Ervin-Morris, was born on March 25, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan to Otis and Nora Ervin. She passed away on September 13, 2013, in Detroit, Michigan. LaVonne is survived by her siblings, Charles Ervin, Taft (Patrice) Ervin, Myrtle Annette Brazier-Scott, and Sylvia (Samuel) Rhodes. Also surviving are her children Michael Morris, Bonnetta (Michael) Davis, Denise Morris and Parris (Rhonda) Morris. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Her services will take place on Friday, September 20, 2013, at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15251 Harper Ave., Detroit, at 11am. Family hour will begin at 10am.
