L. Genevieve Dunworth

Laura Genevieve Dunworth Age 93, September 16, 2008. Beloved daughter of the late John B. and Eunice B. (nee Krusen) Dunworth. Dearest sister of Louise D. Milhous of California. Genevieve is a retired R.N. from the Henry Ford Hospital. She was recognized in November of 1999 by Henry Ford Health Service as the First Hospital Home Nursing Referral Service Coordinator, which she helped to implement in the early 1950's. She received a B.S. Degree from U of M School of Public Health in 1948 and a M.A. Degree from Teacher's College, Columbia University in 1950. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday October 12th at 3 PM at the Detroit Baptist Manor, 30225 W. Thirteen Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. The service will be in the Chapel on the second floor of the Epsilon Building, which is in the Southwest corner of the complex. Genevieve's cremated remains will be interred next to her parents in the Big Prairie-Everett Cemetery in Newago County, MI.
