Kenneth R Ursum, 74, of Livonia, passed away Sunday morning, November 29, 2020, at St. Mary Mercy Livonia Hospital. He was born October 1, 1946, in Manistee, to Evered and Doris Ursum, the youngest of four children. Ken's childhood was spent in Manistee and Eastlake, enjoying activities such as fishing, boating, hunting, and numerous other outdoor adventures. The Ursum family moved to Livonia in the early 1960's. Ken was a graduate of Bentley HS, a machinist at Centri-Spray, and a driver with Livonia Towing. Ken is survived by: His daughters, Kimberly (Floyd) Brady, Pamela (Eric) Ginter, and Katherine Ursum. His 9 grandchildren, who affectionately refered to him as “Grandpa Baldy”, are Michael, Marquise, Rhoads, Tyshae, Joplin, Kaitlyn, Logan, Kiera, and Storm. His sister Evelyn Suman, numerous nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog Fluffy. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, his son Kenneth Dale Ursum (1983-2009), his sister Joan Jones, and his brother James Ursum. A celebration of Ken’s life will be held this summer.
