Karen Schebel

Karen A.Schebel ( Burgert) Born March 19,1949 in Highland Park to parents Harold and Audrey Burgert has joined our Lord and savior on September 9, 2019 . Karen loved her family and GOD with all her might and passed knowing that we all were left in the best hands of care. Karen cherished her loved ones with her entire heart and soul ,her husband Bill ,who recently preceded her in death , her son Todd , sister Susan, brother Hal , brother in law Ron , nieces and nephews Laurie,Shawn,Ryan,Brent,Dana Paul , and Rj and all of their families ,cousins Roger and Gayle and their families ....many countless friends that she considered as family as well , some of which she always referred to as her “adopted kids and grandkids”. A true humanitarian, as she took personal responsibility to help out any and all who came across with any needs they had. Whether it be a person to lean on , a friend to talk to , a place to crash ,or an ailment she could help correct..... it was her devout mission to help as many as she could. Countless memories of good times and laughter with Karen are honored by all she has encountered throughout life....working,or at the beauty salons , out enjoying a meal together , traveling and hanging out in the virgin islands , get togethers up north , and holidays. She always had a good time where ever she went. Now she begins her eternal life , joining her beloved husband Bill in heaven above, we can all rest assured that we will be cared for and watched over by two of the best.
