Karen M. Brehm

Karen Marie (Rau) Brehm Age 72, April 12, 2015 of Northville She was born in Beloit, Wisconsin on September 29, 1942 to the late Edward and Beatrice (Pagelsdorf) Rau the second of three children. She graduated from Beloit Memorial High School and attended Deaconess Nursing School in Milwaukee until her asthma forced her to stop. She lived in Milwaukee until 1999 when she moved to Michigan to be near her daughter's family. She worked for many years as an administrative assistant and legal secretary. She was very active in her church her entire life. Loving mother of Kathleen (Gregory) Moots and the late David Brehm. Dear grandmother of Krista and Gavin. She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Carol) Rau, her nephew Timothy Rau and her niece Jill Rau. Karen was preceded in death by her older brother, Edward Rau. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Memorial Service at 11:00 am at Trinity Church, 34500 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, Saturday, April 25 at 11 am with a family visitation beginning at 10:30 and a cookie and coffee reception immediately following in the fellowship hall. Interment will take place at a later date at East Lawn Cemetery in Beloit, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Northville Civic Concern, P.O.
