June L. Harvey

June L. Harvey, Age 92 of Garden City, Michigan and North Port, Florida, passed away on February 19, 2016. June is the beloved wife for nearly 60 years of the late Donald L Harvey. Loving mother of Donald G. (Ruthella), the late Richard and Sherry. June is survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by an extended family of numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. June and Don spent over 20 years living in North Port where she provided loving, nurturing, childcare to hundreds of youngsters. June enriched the lives of many people with her support and care for families. A celebration of June's life will be held at The Grande Parlour, 6221 Merriman Rd., Garden City (between Ford Rd. & Maplewood) on Sunday, March 13 from 12 pm - 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial donations in June's name be made to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org) or Breast Cancer.
