Joseph J. Klocko

Joseph Klocko, 72, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022, after enduring various illnesses for many years.

Joseph was born on March 19, 1950, in Poland to Anthony and Anna Klocko. His mother Anna, being devoutly Catholic, named him Joseph after St. Joseph, Jesus’ stepfather, whose feast day falls on that day.

He spent his early years in Poland in Augustów. In 1961 he traveled with his family to begin a new life in America. They settled in Detroit, Michigan.

This is where he met his future wife, Anna Khouri. They married in 1995.

They lived happily in Redford, Michigan enjoying the simple things in life: family, friends, dining and sharing a love of classic television.

Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Anna, and his sister Mary. Joseph is survived by his wife, Anna and his sisters, Christine and Anna Angela and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at the St. Valentines Church, 14841 Beech Daly Rd, Redford Twp on Friday December 23,2022 at 11:00 AM, Instate at 9:30 AM.
