Jonas W. “Joe” Ballew, age 84, July 4, 2022, of Taylor. Loving father of Sheryl B. (Dennis) Vanover. Dear grandfather of Dillon (Caity) Vanover and Kayla (Brian) Fulkerson. Great grandfather of Lillian and Hazel Fulkerson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his siblings; Archie, Eleanor, Ginny and Mary Helen. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 324 and a veteran of the US Army . Visitation Friday from 2-8pm at the RG & GR Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City. Funeral service and Military Honors will take place at 7pm.
