JoAnn Elizabeth Perkins Age 69, peacefully passed away Saturday March 11, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. She is survived by Loving Partner Mary Garibay. Beloved Mother of Eric (Kristen) and Lesley (Brian) McMillan. Proud Grandmother of Ryan, Dylan, Floyd and Samantha. Dear Sister to Jane McCullough, Jackie Bonkowski, Judy Douglas, Mary Lou Landstom and Geoffrey Perkins. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R.
