Niece of Joe Burns and Aunt of Hannah and Bridge Riddell and Amber Hubbard. Joanie is predeceased by her mother Ruth French and brother Joel Heaton. Funeral service at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Wednesday 11 am. Visitation 2-9 pm Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be directed to Community Opportunity Center.
