James Henderson

James Henderson of Dearborn. Age 96. August 20, 2019. Beloved Husband of the late Helen Henderson for 70 years. Cherished father of Gail Henderson, Heather (Ken) Bond, Bruce (Sandy) Henderson. Caring grandfather of four grandchildren, Maritza Henderson, Bruce Henderson, Jaclyn (Kevin) Reschke and Jillian Henderson. Four step-grandchildren, Robert Bond, Andrew (Caitlin) Bond, Kenneth Bond and Ben (Tiffani) Bond. And two step- great grandchildren, Gabriella Bond and Jameson Bond. Dear brother of Jack (Linda) Henderson and Alexander (Joan) Henderson. James served in the Army during World War II. He worked at Michigan Bell for 40 years. He dedicated his life to spreading God’s Word through missions and Christian service, both local and abroad. James will be deeply missed by the entire family. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM at the R.G. & G. R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd, Livonia. Funeral Service will be Friday, August 23, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Chapel (Door 3) at Ward Presbyterian Church, 40000 Six Mile Rd, Northville . Instate at 10:00 AM.
