James Marvin Cisco

Cisco, James Marvin, of Evart, MI. Born July 28, 1926 the son of Charles and Katherine Sain Cisco in Detroit, MI. Died on September 15, 2011 at home, at the age of 85. He was a Korean and World War II veteran and very active in the DAV. Surviving are his wife Barbara Eaton Cisco of Evart, son Bill (Maria) Cisco of Concord, CA. Stepchildren Curtis (Helen) Hunt of Garden City, Donald Hunt of Escanaba, Irene Hilton of Garden City, and daughter in law Cheryl of Kimball. Also survived by ex-wife Ernesta Cisco, step-children Glen (Terri) Baker of Livonia, Vanessa Baker of Frasier, Lori Baker of Clinton and Amanda (Mike) McMahon of Livonia, 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant son Charles, son James Jr., brothers Herb & Charles, sister Evelyn Levitt, granddaughters Carley Cisco and Jackie Hunt. Services will be held Thursday at noon with visitation Wednesday from 1-8pm in the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Road, Garden City.
