Helen R. Henderson

Helen R. Henderson Age 91, born June 30, 1926 in Detroit MI. She is survived by her husband, James "Jim". Jim and Helen were married for 70 years in April. Her children, Gail Henderson, Heather (Ken) Bond, Bruce (Sandy) Henderson, Grandkids; Bruce, Maritza, Jaclyn (Kevin), Jillian, Bob, Andrew, Ben (Tiffani) and Kenny. Great grandchild: Gabriela. Helen worked in Boys and Girls Bible Clubs for over 50 years, and was involved in multiple children's ministries over the years. She also did several missionary trips over seas. She was a former Dearborn resident for 67 years. Visitation at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Friday from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m., Instate at Ward Presbyterian Church, 40000 Six Mile Rd., Northville, Saturday from 10 a.m. until her Funeral Service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to either Boys and Girls Bible Club http://www.bibleclubs.org or Gideons International.
