Olga Anne Marks

Olga Anne Marks, age 93, of Huntington Woods, Michigan, passed on peacefully to Heaven on Saturday, November 26, 2022. A native of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, she was born to Branko and Sophie Ivankovich, on June 10, 1929.

A cherished and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Olga was blessed to have sons Rob (Nancy) Marks, David Marks, and Thomas (Debbie) Marks; grandsons Danny, Joey, and John; 8 brothers and sisters; and many beloved nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces.

After moving to Michigan, Olga worked as a Saks Fifth Avenue employee and sales professional for more than 40 years. Throughout her career, she achieved uncommon success, exemplified outstanding leadership, and formed many lifelong friendships with customers and colleagues alike.

A devoted and faithful Christian throughout her life, Olga was a long-time member of Highland Park Baptist Church in Southfield, Michigan. Those who were blessed to meet and know Olga will always cherish her memory, her warmth, kindness, and generosity toward others, her wry and infectious sense of humor, her great inner strength, her sharp wit, her boundless and total love for her sons, and her unwavering faith in God.

Visitation for friends and relatives will be on Friday, December 2, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Road, Livonia, MI 48154. A Celebration of Life service will follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m.
