CURRY, Gary, Age 60, May 27, 2009 of Garden City. Beloved son of Edward and the late Evelyn. Loving father of Kristi (Al) Bloink and Shannon (Chad) McElvany. Brother of Nancy (Dennis) Kubin, Betty (Bob) Barbour and the late Patricia Curry. Also survived by grandchildren Errol, Kira, Owen, and Davin, and many lifelong friends. He was a much loved and respected nurse, manager, and administrator at Garden City Hospital, Wayne County General Hospital, Westland Medical Center and the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor. Funeral services Sunday 1:00 pm at R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City. Visitation is Friday 4-9 pm and Saturday 2-9 pm.
