Frank Ciesniewski

Frank P. Ciesniewski, Age 74, of Lake Columbia (previously Westland), Michigan. Frank was born March 15th of 1940 to parents Frank and Mildred Ciesniewski of Detroit, Michigan. He was very proud of the two years he spent overseas in the army; serving in Germany for the majority of that time. Frank had a deep and passionate love of animals. His chihuahuas along with his parrots were always a bright spot in his life and he took any opportunity to engage with them. Not to be left unmentioned, Frank was also a very talented cook and woodcarver and made many elaborate creations including ornate bird houses. Frank is survived by his very special niece and caregiver Candy (Eric) Robinson, loving sister Geraldine, niece Jo-Ann and nephew Jeffrey Swaney. And also by his loving aunts and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mildred Ciesniewski and sister Diana Hungerford. Visitation Tuesday May 27, 2014, 3 - 7 pm in R.G.& G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd, Garden City where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am.
