Dear grandmother of Kathy (Michael) Radtke and Alexander Haggart. Frances resided in Livonia for 32 years prior to moving to St. Clair Shores. She loved to play Bridge and Pinochle, belonged to the Teacup Chainers Square Dancing Club and loved to sing and wistle. Funeral Services at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home 15451 Farmington Rd.
