July 26, 1926 - November 22, 2016 Loving Husband of Mary (Buerkle) Plymale. Loving father of Jeannette Petty (Terry) Timothy (Pam) Plymale. Loving grandfather of Malia (Steve), Melanie (Shawn), Cassie (Brandon). Great grandfather of Ryan, Alex, Samantha, Lauren, Aleta, Leah, Landen, Hunter and soon to be arriving, baby Dalton. One great, great granddaughter, Evelyn. He was a proud veteran of WWII, having fought in the Philippines and serving in occupied Japan. Emory Dalton and Mary were childhood sweethearts and were married for 69 years, making their home in Plymouth, MI. He loved camping all over Michigan with his family as they were growing up. He retired from Ford Motor Company Livonia Transmission Plant after nearly 40 years. He earned his General Amateur radio license, N8UTZ and was a proud member of Garden City Amateur Radio Club, and enjoyed field days. He was a gentle, loving man who only thought of others his whole life. Visitation at R.G. & G.R.
