Eleanore Renas

ELEANORE L RENAS (nee Geldbach), age 93 Eleanore went home to be with the Lord on August 14, 2023 in Livonia, MI. Eleanore was born September 5, 1929 in Detroit, MI to Carl and Emma Geldbach. She graduated from Denby High School in 1947, and married Herbert Renas in 1948. She lived her entire life in the metro Detroit area. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Renas, her eldest son Kim Renas and her grandson Nathan Renas. She is survived by her sons Kevin Renas (Kathy) and Kip Renas (Joanne Murray), and her daughter-in- law Jane Renas, and by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Friday, August 18th from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. A service will follow at 11:30 am. Eleanore will be interred, along with her late husband Herbert Renas, at the Great Lakes National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can made to Samaritan’s Purse International Relief at
