Elaine Kathryn Ostler Age 86, August 17, 2014 Longtime resident of Livonia, Born April 28, 1928 in Shoaf, PA, to the late Augusta (Vrska) and John Predmesky. Beloved wife, of 65 years, to Robert. Loving mother of Robin (John) Wolski, Larry, Judy (Tom) Byrne and Libby (Paul) Molnar. Dear Grandmother of Adam, Tracy, Zach, Alex, Eric and Alaina. Great Grandmother of Ashley. Devoted sister of Martin, John and Bob Predmesky. Cherished cousin "sister" of Ginny Walker. Elaine loved socializing with family and friends. Going out to lunch was always on her calendar. Whether she was with her friends at the Livonia Town Club, The Red Hat Society, or her fellow lunch ladies, she always had a good time! She loved spending time and laughing with her kids and grandchildren. Elaine was a very dedicated and active parishioner at St. Damian Church ever since in opened in 1955. Elaine loved sports. She was an avid golfer and bowler her entire life. She enjoyed watching the Tigers and the Red Wings on TV. Elaine's fun and competitive spirit was always present. If you ever played Bridge, Pinochle, or Rummy with her, you know she was a fantastic card player. She also had the greatest luck. We who know and love her are really the lucky ones! We are blessed to have had her in our lives! We will miss her. Visitation at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Wednesday 4-8, rosary at 6:30PM.
