Elaine F. Nusly

Elaine F. Nusly, Age 94, resident of Woodhaven Retirement Community in Livonia passed on Saturday, April 23, 2011, beloved wife of the late Kenneth, mother of the late Bob, survived by her daughter, Sue Hawthorne, her son, Bud, 6 grandchildren, & 2 great-grandchildren. Born in Negaunee, MI to Fred & Florence Staples, she was the only twin that survived birth, and had an older brother also named Fred. She graduated from Negaunee High School and received her Teachers Certificate from Northern State Teachers College (now Northern Michigan) in 1938. Elaine taught in West Branch, Detroit, and beginning in 1961, Livonia from where she retired in 1981. Visitation at R.G. & G.R.
