Arthur was a retired administrator with the Dearborn Public Schools and member of the Lawnmower Racing Hall of Fame. Visitation at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Sunday 1 - 9 p.m. and Monday 3 p.m. until Funeral Service at 6 p.m. A visitation will be held at the Mott & Henning Funeral Home, 206 N. Main St., Athens, IL., Wednesday from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. A Committal Service will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Williamsville, IL. Memorials may be directed to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
