Doris Jean Demski- Antrobius

Demski, Doris Jean born May 2, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan passed away peacefully in her home on January 31, 2023 at the age 74 of multiple health issue.

Doris graduated from Pershing High School and later of  received her bachelor’s degree .  Doris’s career was long and varied.  She worked over a decade  for Comerica Bank (then  Manufactures Bank), a radio station as a DJ in Florida and later at the law office of Hugh Robert Pierce.  In her spare time, Doris loved to garden and was an avid sports fan.  Hockey, roses, and the color green were her favorite things.  You could always count on a plant as one of her favorite gifts to give.

Doris is survived by her devoted husband, Frank Antrobius, only daughter Donia Garrett Gavrilovich;  husband  Peter C. Gavriloich and a total 6 grandchildren; loving brothers William Demski; wife Lynn Demski and Gerald Demiski; wife Ceclia Demski; 1 niece and 4 nephews.  Doris will be deeply missed by her closest living friends, Cheryl McCurry, Judy Goley and Karen Rottman.

A Celebration of Life will be held March 4th, 2023 at the V.F.W. Post 6695, Plymouth, 48170, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

In leu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to any charity in honor of Doris.
