Donna Mcintyre

Donna Ann McIntyre, of Livonia, age 88, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of William (Bill) McIntyre for 64 years. Loving mother of Nancy Regan and Sharon McIntyre. Devoted Grandma to Katie (Derek) Melching and Emily (Kevin) Maahs. She is also survived by her four great-granddaughters: Denna, Claire, Norah, and MacKenzie. Preceding her in death were her parents Howard and Hildred Berry and her siblings Barbara Dangler and John Berry. Donna was proud to be a nurse. She worked in the nursing field, taking time off to raise her children while they were young. She retired when she was in her sixties but took continuing education classes into her eighties to keep her license current. Her family was a very important part of her life. She looked forward to family dinners, holidays and just enjoying life with all of them. Donna was a devoted Christian and often encouraged others with God’s love. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, and crafting. A memorial service will be held at Rosedale Gardens Presbyterian Church, 9601 Hubbard St, Livonia, Michigan on Friday, October 20, 2023, at 11:00 am with visitation before the service at 10:00 am.
