Dean A. Gaymer Age 86 of Livonia. Died July 28, 2007 at home. Loving husband of the late Mary (Sigman). Devoted father of Jean Gaymer, D.V.M. (Bill Webb, M.D.) Steve (Kathy), Jill Freer (Mark) and Joy. Survived by his sister, Yvonne Craig, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He served with distinction in the Army Air Corps, stationed in Naples, Italy during World War II, and was in-service during the invasion of Anzio. Staff Sergeant Dean Gaymer was a major contributor to the creation of the Army Aircraft Supply Manual still in use today. Dean retired as partner, foreman and engineer for a large three-phase electrical motor repair company, Armatures, Inc. He enjoyed travel, music, gardening and his family. Funeral Service Wednesday, 12 noon, at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia. Visitation Tuesday 2-9pm.
