Dawn Annette Harris

Dawn Annette Harris, age 56, passed away July 10, 2019. She was born on April 14, 1963, in Rogers City, Michigan to Arnold “Butch” and Kathleen “Kate” Bahrke. She is survived by her husband Dwayne, daughter Jordyn, and siblings Julie (Gary) Robertson, Alan (Chris Campbell) Bahrke, Janelle (John) Herrick, Hope (Ted) May, Leah Brown, Clayton (Janine) Bahrke and Jared (Janette) Bahrke. Dawn is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Butch and Kate. Dawn enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, even though she seemed to like working a lot. She was very crafty and had quite a collection of sea shells. Dawn was also known for giving the most thoughtful and personal gifts to her family. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019, from 2pm-9pm with a service at 8:30pm at the RG & GR Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City, MI 48135 There will also be a Memorial Gathering on Thursday, August 1, 2019, from 11am-1pm, with a service at 1pm at St. John Lutheran Church, 22000 County Road 452, Hillman, MI 49746 Dawn’s family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society.
