David R. Rose

David R. Rose, age 59, August 8, 2016, of Garden City. Beloved husband of Cheryl. Loving father of David (Malissa) Rose, Katie (Jay) Fontaine, and Eric (Cari) Rose. Dearest son of Jil Rose. Dear papa of Harlyn Scarlett, Benjamin Allen, and Dean David. Brother of Guy, and Cheryl (Jim) Badami. He was preceded in death by his father William Rose and brother Thomas Alan Rose. David was retired from the Ford Motor Company after 32 years of service. He loved riding his Goldwing and going to auctions. He was a great father and awesome papa. David was also a very hard worker. His visitation will be on Friday from 2pm until 9pm at the RG & GR Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City. His funeral service will take place on Saturday at 11am (instate starting at 10am) at the funeral home. Interment will be in Michigan Memorial Park. Funeral Home: R.G. & G.R.
