David Allan Maes

Age 54. Loving husband of Amanda. Dear father of Lilly and step father of Kayla and Savannah. Stepson of Albert James Porter and Son of Cecelia Porter. Dear brother of Dennis Porter and Jennifer (Bob) Lulek. Beloved uncle of Max Lulek. Nephew of Richard(Barbara) Gostenik. Son in law of Connie (Donald) Bazzell. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. David was a faithful and active member of Merriman Road Baptist church. He was also a proud employee, for 25 years, of the Republic Waste Company: he loved driving the recycling truck, and never missed a day of work. David was proud to volunteer with the Meals on Wheels program. While attending church, he was involved with the church bowling league. He also enjoyed watching sports, especially Red Wing Hockey and UofM Football. Memorial service pending at Merriman Road Baptist Church
