Colleen Rae Hallmark

Colleen Rae Hallmark, age 42, beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025. She was born on March 9, 1982, in Warren, Michigan.

Colleen is survived by her mother, Janet Campbell Hallmark; her father, Robert (Sue) Hallmark; her brother, Gene (Jennifer) Hallmark; and her nieces and nephew, Amber, Joshua, and Isabella.

Colleen was lovingly raised by her grandparents, Gene and Gloria Campbell, who were her closest companions and greatest supporters throughout her life. She led a life filled with unconditional love and joy. Colleen was actively involved in numerous Special Olympics events and was a passionate bowler. She also enjoyed clipping coupons and creating beautiful handmade bracelets for her family and friends. Following the passing of her grandfather, Colleen and her grandmother Gloria formed an inseparable bond, sharing a deep connection that brought immense happiness to both of their lives. Gloria often expressed that it was Colleen’s presence that contributed to her own long and fulfilled life.

A devoted member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Redford, Michigan, Colleen’s warmth, generosity, and caring spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her. Her big, beautiful smile, boundless kindness, and genuine love left an indelible mark on her community.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Gene William Campbell and Gloria Edith Campbell, who loved her dearly.

Colleen will be forever missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched with her infectious joy and unwavering love.
