Charles S. Rambaldo

Charles S. Rambaldo, age 78, passed away January 23, 2022. Beloved husband (for over 50 years) of the late Martie Loving father of Karen (Bob) Solnikowski and Mark (Jessica) Rambaldo. Dear grandfather of Adam (Ashley), Shane, Tyler (Kristina) and Darien; and great grandfather of Shelby, Parker, Paul and Logan. Special Friend of Barbara Holland. Charles was a resident of Garden City for over 50 years. He spent 41 years with General Motors, retiring in 2006. He is a veteran, having service in the United States army for 3 years. Charles loved Bowling, golf, baseball and playing pool with his friends at the Moose. He coached his son Mark's baseball team in little league He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend always being there for anyone who needed him. Charles could fix anything, from cars to houses to toys. He fought to the end battling bladder and bone cancer. He wanted to be here for his family, who loved him so very much!! Visitation Wednesday from 3-8pm at the RG & GR Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City, Funeral services Thursday at 11am at the funeral home.
