Brian Michael Pitcavage

Brian M. “DC” Pitcavage, age 31, died unexpectedly on Friday, August 10, 2018 at home. He attended Franklin High School in Livonia and was a current enrollee of Colorado Tech, pursuing his degree in Business Administration. He worked as a Store Manager at Boost Mobile. Brian, or “DC” as he was known by his friends, was an animal lover, a favorite goofball with young kids, a rap enthusiast, a fan of good sunglasses, and a hard-working, loyal employee. He is described by his family as a kind, gentle soul with an engaging smile. Brian is survived by his parents, Denise Young (Brian) of Westland and Joseph Boyle of Dale City, VA, his stepfather, Douglas Scott, of Dale City, VA; his sister, Nicole Scott of Dearborn Heights; his step-sister, Martina Calabrese of Centerline; his maternal grandparents, Barbara and Victor Pitcavage of Harrison, MI; his paternal grandparents, Robert and Carmen Sylvia Boyle of Aurora, CO; his cherished niece and nephew, Alexa and Mikey Snapke of Dearborn Heights; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Ukrainian Catholic Church, 26667 Joy Rd in Dearborn Heights, MI.
