Beverly June Meldrum

Beverly June Meldrum Age 86, October 28, 2015. Beloved wife to the late William III. Loving mother of Lynda (Dennis) Robere, William IV (Kathryn) and Lesley (Kevin) Hodge. Dear grandmother of David and Michele, Ryan and Mackenzie, Kory and Aaron. Great grandmother of Hannah and Rhease. Bev was a Rosie the Riveter during WWII supporting the war effort. She worked at Kelsey Hayes. She met the love of her life, William, in 1945 and they were married in 1949. They raised their family in Livonia. Bev enjoyed spending time with her family at their cottage in Houghton Lake and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. "Her family was her life". She was also an active member of the Eagles Lodge in Houghton Lake. Visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Friday from 2 p.m. until her Memorial Service at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Angela Hospice.
